Seit nun mehr 120 Jahren ist die Veredelung von kaltgewalzten Bandstählen un- sere Leidenschaft. Durch unsere galvanischen Breitbandveredelungsanlagen, mit modernster Ma- schinentechnik, erzielen wir hochfunktionale Oberflächen in den Auflagen Kupfer, Messing, Nickel sowie in der Schmalbandveredelung mit der Auflage Zink. Unsere vermessingten Bänder (BRAFIN®) haben eine hervorragende Umformbarkeit so- wie Oberfläche und erfüllen in vielen Bereichen der Industrie sowie im dekorati- ven Bereich die hochwertigsten Anforderungen. Unsere vernickelten Bänder (NIFIN®) zeichnen sich durch eine robuste und leit- fähige technische Oberfläche aus. Das Produkt wird besonders in der Elektroin- dustrie, Ordnertechnik, im dekorativen Bereich sowie für viele andere Industrie- bedarfe zur Fertigung von hochwertigen Endprodukten eingesetzt. Unsere verkupferten Bänder (COFIN®) haben ebenfalls eine hervorragende Eig- nung zur Umformung. Die gute Leitfähigkeit zeichnet verkupfertes Band beson- ders aus. Die Kupferauflage wirkt neben ihrer technischen Eigenschaften auch als Schmiermittel zur Umformung für anspruchsvolle Produkte. Vor allem in der Elektro- und Automobilindustrie. Grace à nos lignes de revêtement par électrolyse à grande largeur, techniquement équipées à la hauteur de nos jours, nous réalisons des surfaces hautement fonctionnelles avec du cuivre, du laiton, du nickel et du fil écrasé revêtu de zinc. Nos bandes cuivrées (COFIN®) ont également d‘excellentes propriétés de formage. Le feuillard cuivré se caractérise particulièrement par sa bonne conductivité. En plus de ses propriétés techniques, la couche de cuivre agit également comme lubrifiant pour le formage de produits sophistiqués. Surtout dans l‘industrie électrique et automobile.
